Yes. Under the AHI program all homes are to be occupied by the homeowner and upon decision to sell the home the NHDT will have first right of refusal to purchase the property.  

 

Under the BYOP program homeowners are not bound by the same restrictive covenants.

  1. If I already have land registered in my name, can I qualify for a home? 

If you are currently the registered owner of a parcel of land you may be eligible to have an NHDT home constructed on your land.
