Location of NHDT AHI Properties:
WEST BAY:
1. APPLE BLOSSOMS – The subject property is located off Capt. Joe and Osbert Road, in the district of West Bay. There are currently 21 homes presently built in this subdivision. A total of 60 homes will be built in future phases, which will commence construction over the short term. Once these homes are completed, the existing 21 homes, which are nearing the end of their useful life, will be demolished to make way for modern homes to be re-built on these parcels.
2. LIGHTHOUSE GARDENS - The subject property lies within a residential development off Boatswain Bay Road to Rocky Pond Drive in West Bay. To date, 36 homes have been completed and sold in this subdivision. A further 19 homes are now under construction.
GEORGE TOWN:
WINDSOR PARK – The subject site is located in the Windsor Park area on July Street. This subdivision consisted of 26 homes.
BODDEN TOWN:
BODDEN TOWN – The subject site is located in the Belford Estates Subdivision on Lake Destiny Drive. A total of 40 homes have been built at this site. These are all presently occupied.
NORTH SIDE:
NORTH SIDE – The subject site is located with a small frontage to North Side Road. A total of 45 homes will be built at this site.
EAST END:
EAST END - The subject site is located on Stoney Hill Drive. A total of 25 homes have been completed to date at this site, with a further 32 homes remaining to be built in future phases.
The NHDT has completed a total of 164 homes / apartment units, with a further 241 homes / apartment units slated to be built over the short horizon (including the 21 homes on Capt. Joe Osbert Drive that will need to be demolished and rebuilt. When these various projects are completed, the NHDT will have built a total of 423 homes / apartment units (including the rebuilding of the aforementioned 21 homes in West Bay).
